Job Title – School Sports Co-Ordinator and Further Education Co-Ordinator

Details – Oldbury School Sport Partnership has been operating since 2003. We have an excellent team of staff who support 9 secondary schools and 50 primary and special schools in South Sandwell. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic individual who will be committed to meeting the Government’s PSA target (currently at 81% for the SSP) and the five hour offer. Candidates will be expected to work with youngsters in the 5-19 age range. The post will require the School Sport Co-ordinator to work with a large secondary school (2000 on roll), its 8 cluster primary schools, the local Sandwell College and sixth form schools to ensure the 16-19 range are also working towards/exceeding the government target. This will require the individual to have a good knowledge of physical education across all key stages. You will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the progress of young people towards the '5 hour offer'.
