A break at Ragdale Hall

This break entails you to one night away and twenty eight hours of quality time.
Arriving at 2pm on day one and leaving at 6pm on day two, you will need to check out of your room at 11am but will be offered a locker and shower facilities for the rest of the day.

The package includes the choice of a 50 minute body massage or a 50 minute Natural Harmony Facial.

Breakfast is served in your room and you will also be entitled to a three course buffet lunch and a three course dinner.

There is also an extensive daily programme of more than 18 exercise classes and group activities in Ragdale’s two air conditioned studios, plus use of the air conditioned gymnasium with separate cardio vascular and free weight sections and cardio theatre facility.

There is also unlimited use of the thermal spa including Candle Pool, Indoor/Outdoor Waterfall Pool and a series of heat and water experiences – plus unlimited use of mountain bikes, tennis courts, pitch and putt course and boules areas.
